Came here on a Friday night around 6:15 and was seated right away. Everything came out super quick as they have about 5 people making everything at this small restaurant with less than 10 tables. Although the restaurant was fairly small, it didn't feel too crowded. ANYWAYS, we ordered the chicken curry katsu and Ma-yu ramen and it was so yummy! The curry was so creamy, a little sweet and not too spicy. The katsu was perfect, not too thin nor it was too thick and it was just crispy enough without feeling over fried. Also, the restaurant smells GREAT(that's how you know the food is going to be delicious)!! On to the ramen, it was so creamy and flavorful. But i do wish it wasn't so spicy because i got the mild and it was way too spicy to be mild.
Overall, great service(the chef even came out and asked how we were doing), and yummy food. Will definitely be returning. -

Came here on a handful of times and tried a couple different dishes. Overall impression at this ramen/curry is that it's kind of pricey...I feel like I've been to other places were ramen is also somewhat pricey but for some reason I feel like this places is extra pricey (~$17-18).
Definitely come and try their signature mayu black garlic oil miso ramen with the pork rib (the one with the foil wrapped around the bone). The pork is super tender and falls off the bone and you can taste that kind of burnt flavor from the black garlic.
I've also had their ramen and curry combo which is quite a lot of food. Usually I just eat one and pack the other two go.
Obviously these guys know what they're doing in terms of curry and ramen since it's their namesake. They have one or two options of sushi as side but they are a complete rip-off so I avoid that...though I did wish they had more of a variety for sushi at a lower price but I guess that's not what you're here for.
Almost every time I've come here I've been seated on the counter which is kind of cool because you get a full view of the kitchen and see how everything's made.
Also FYI - gotten takeout from here once and we were charged for the containers...which was really odd an unusual. -

Came here on a Wednesday for dinner and was able to park right in front of the restaurant. My party was seated immediately and there was no line out the door. It's a pretty small restaurant but didn't seem too busy on the day I went.
Everyone in my party got the Mayu ramen and it was delicious! The broth is strong but not too salty and it is a pretty big bowl full of ramen and veggies. The mayu is one of the most expensive ramen choices on the menu so it comes with the egg as well. Their egg is to die for! It is perfectly cooked and creamy, comparable to the ones I have had in Japan. It also comes with a huge pork rib instead of pork slices. The pork is juicy and flavorful with a large amount of meat on the bone. Definitely a different ramen experience! I think they gave me more spice than I was asking for because I ordered a mild but it tasted spicier than the medium that someone else in my party got. Maybe they just got switched up? But nonetheless, it was still delicious and worth $16.5 a bowl.
I think this restaurant is starting to offer some happy hour deals starting Sep 2nd and it is mainly for beer so lookout for those deals! -

PARKING IS SO HARD TO FIND
Hello welcome to my review. I ordered curry to go as I had work and I must say... looking to park my car for 2 seconds took longer than the time it took me to eat it. The curry was delicious!! Not super sweet, but the pork cutlet was super crispy and delicious. When I got to go they gave me 2 cutlet so I can only assume how big them plates be is in the restaurant itself! The owners were super friendly and kind looking but the inside was kinda dark so if y'all wanted them IG SICK PICTURE better come during the day or flash them flashlights!
PS: get it to go -

For the weekday LUNCH crowd: CASH ONLY.
Craving Japanese curry? Hanabi is a solid option. I came here for a quick lunch and was able to get seated immediately at the bar area. I knew right away I was going to try their pork katsu curry over rice.
Wait staff was fast and attentive. Once my order was in, a salad came instantaneously. The dressing on the salad is on the lighter side, but overall refreshing. My plate came out in under 10 minutes, and the food portion was on the larger side.
The katsu itself was a big piece, crunchy outside and juicy pork inside, which I enjoyed. The curry had a lot of good flavor, and they sure fill the plate with it. Enough to drench the katsu and the rice with. The curry itself is on the mild side. I enjoy my food on the spicier side, but unfortunately they do not offer to increase the spice level. The Japanese red pepper flakes on the table did help add an extra level of spice. However, I wish there were a few more carrots added in, because it helps add texture to give it a more complete bite.
Like other yelpers have said, the restaurant is on the smaller side, perfect for a table size of 1-4 people. For bigger groups, take-out might be the better option.
